    During our first trip at BA we stayed 4 days at the Axel, first because it was recommended by friends, but also for it´s location, pool and design character. I was not disappointed, very stylish, spectacular hanging pool above the lobby, friendly bar, staff and crowd. Also the least expensive rooms are already very nice.. only comment, the price is slightly on the high side for BA.

    Finding myself alone in BA for a couple of days, the Axel was the perfect hangout. I needed a place not only to sleep, but also to enjoy. That's exactly what this place offers. Everything is right. Light, comfortable rooms. A well equipped gym. Excellent breakfast buffet. Beautiful outdoor area and great opportunities to meet other men. I tried to think of something that wasn't right. But really, there wasn't.
