The Crystal Description
The Crystal in Obergurgl is located at 2,000 metres above sea level. The Ski hotel is conveniently located right next to the slope and has direct access to the ski lifts of the elite ski resort. It opened its doors in December 2008 following extensive renovation and now offers its guests a great deal of variety, with striking modern architecture, clear lines and cubic design. This style is carried into the hotel’s interior and its 110 guest rooms. Sleek, simple shapes, exclusive furniture and warm wooden surfaces set the tone. Large windows afford an unobstructed view of the snow-covered mountains, and each room has its own balcony where guests can savour their excitement about getting out onto the slopes. The spa area at The Crystal encompasses 2,000 square metres. It is spread out over two storeys and leaves nothing to be desired.
