Newly renovated in December 2009, Hotel Krone in Au offers spacious and modern non-smoking rooms, a new, light-flooded indoor pool, an award-winning restaurant, and a day bar with lounge. There is also a garden with a natural swimming lake.

The new, 500 m² Sky Spa contains a panorama sauna on the rooftop terrace, outdoor loungers with mountain view, an aromatic steam bath, and an infrared sauna.

The spacious relaxation area features an open fireplace, a tea bar, and an ice fountain. Massages, holistic treatments, and health and beauty treatments are also offered at Krone in Au.

Half-board comprises a rich breakfast buffet with products from surrounding farms and a 5-course dinner with a salad buffet. A gala dinner with live traditional music is hosted weekly.

The nearby Diedamskopf ski area features 39 km of slopes, 60 km of cross-country ski runs, and 9 cable cars and ski lifts. Hotel Krone in Au offers guided winter hiking tours.
