Perched on a quiet hill by the Mediterranean Sea, stands a 2,000 square metre temple of well-being called La Réserve Ramatuelle. The program begins with a comprehensive physical assessment performed by a doctor, followed by a one-on-one discussion of the guest’s lifestyle and personal goals. Based on these, the spa team draws up a treatment plan adapted to individual needs and desires and consisting of detoxifying, relaxing, and revitalizing treatments as well as a healthy and controlled diet based on high quality ingredients. A personalised fitness program rounds out the package, giving guests the chance to take advantage of KINESISTM, cutting-edge equipment from Technogym complete with personalised computer memory for more then 250 exercises. For those who would rather get outdoors, the fitness director also offers daily activity outings like trekking, canoeing, kayaking and golf.
