Situated above a cliff, the five star Cavo Tagoo hotel is a luxurious estabishment with fantastic views of the Aegean sea and the island of Delos in the distance. Constructed in harmony with the beautiful natural location and in keeping with the traditional architecture of the island, the establishment has had a change of owner and of appearance. The new owner, renowned Greek architect Paris Liakos, has constructed and designed more than thirty hotels in the world, specialising in interior design and has been awarded the prize for Applied Architecture and Design for the Ciclades and Aegean region. The result is overwhelming: whitewashed walls with brilliant spots of color and combination of rustic and traditional elements along with purely minimalist and modern touches.
The rooms and suites have also been object of a complete renovation, bringing them a marvellous balance of comfort, luxury and style. Decorated uniquely with subtle colours, sumptuous details and contemporary touches, they give an aesthetic minimalism with rustic furniture. The views which they give are tinted with the infinite blue of the Aegean and continue this state of wellbeing began in the jacuzzis and private swimming pools which are availabe in the majority of stays.
