The stone-lined, glass-edged pool of Perantzada Hotel is surrounded by inviting loungers and looks out over the harbour. The hotel does not count with a restaurant, but breakfast comes with home-baked pastries, fresh juices and platters of local cheese served in the beautifully designed lounge. The poolside bar serves drinks, snacks and light meals during the day.

The island of Ithaki is among the most picturesque islands in Greece. Vathy, the capital, is amphitheatrically built around the sheltered bay and has lovely neoclassical buildings. Perantzada Hotel is among those. You may reach Ithaca through Cephalonia airport and take a ferry from Sami port.
