Located in The Dylan Amsterdam, but a destination unto itself is our awarded restaurant Vinkeles. Situated in an 18th century bakery, the restaurant offers an intimate and elegant setting, blending the “old” Amsterdam with the style of today.

Executive Chef Dennis Kuipers serves an excellent mixture between the classic and
contemporary French cuisine. Only the freshest ingredients are used in his seasonal Menu, which showcases his strict dedication to purity of flavor and presentation, often described by the guests as "exciting, modest and refined".

The Chef's dishes in combination with the most beautiful wines, served by sommelier Bart Dignum, contribute to an optimal food&wine tasting experience. Add to that the impeccable service of Maitre-D Casper Westerveld and his team and you will have all ingredients to enjoy a culinary evening out.

With the hotel ideally situated adjacent to the Keizersgracht canal The Dylan’s private saloon boat is available for private tour of Amsterdam’s unforgettable vintage canals.
